What can be customized?

There are aspects of each design that can be customized, we have provided a brief description below of how each design works. Please contact us at contact@bobmarley.custom.shop if you have any questions during the customization process, we are happy to help!  

Customizable Bob Marley Tour Tee: Front Choose your 3 favorite images of Bob Marley! Click on ‘your city here’ to customize to the destination of your choice. Click ‘flip’ to customize the Back of the shirt and create your dream setlist, click on ‘stickers’ to show the setlist options and arrange them any way you’d like! 

Bob Marley Playlist Hoodie: Pick your Top 5 Bob Marley songs of all time! (We know it’s tough!) To start, tap on each song title and you will have the ability to customize your top 5. Each song can only be used once, if the song you’d like is already selected in the preferred slot, you can leave it as is. Next, tap on the lower right hand corner of the design to customize your name. 

Build Your Own Long Sleeve: Tap on the image of Bob to customize the front of the shirt. ‘Stickers’ included on this design feature amazing art provided by Cedella Marley. The ‘stickers’ can be added to the shirt and placed over the image to create a truly unique one of a kind design. Be sure to check out all of the sticker options available in Green, Yellow, Red.

Quotes Crewneck Sweater: This design can be customized with a different image of Bob Marley and the addition of your favorite Bob Marley quote. You can add multiple ‘stickers’ that contain famous quotes from Bob, these can be resized and arranged how you’d like.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin creating it as soon as your order is submitted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled as they are immediately sent to production. Please check your order for accuracy before submitting. 

 Returns, Refunds & Title

Due to the custom nature of the product it is important that you carefully review your order prior to submitting it.  We guarantee the quality of our product. We will replace any defects or errors on our part at no charge, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for your incorrect selections of items, sizes, designs,, etc. If you have any questions while placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure that your order is accurate. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item. 

When will my order be printed and shipped?

Delivery dates depend on your selection during checkout. Our delivery methods are listed below and include production and shipping time:

US

  • Standard delivery estimated in 13-18 business days
  • Preferred delivery estimated in 10-15 business days

Outside of US or EU

  • Standard delivery estimated in 15-20 business days
  • Preferred delivery estimated in 13-15 business days

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than the typical mainland transit times and are estimated to be delivered within 12-15 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For international orders, each country has the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. You are responsible for the payment of all customs taxes and fees.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing your order. Once your order is printed & packed, you will receive a second email that includes a tracking number with a link so you can follow the delivery status of the package.

Order & Delivery Issues:

If there are any issues with your order, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact our team to address your concerns. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed.
